ANSC 363 - Monogastric Livestock Production Lecture Hours: 2 Lab Hours: 3 Credit Hours: 3 Terms Offered: Spring, even years
Detailed discussion of modern swine and poultry production methods. Topics will include industry dimensions and structure, breeding plans, nutritional requirements, feeding strategies, behavior, health care, economics, and current issues facing the swine and poultry industries. Prerequisite: ANSC 111 . Course fee.
