Basic physics of semiconductors, pn junctions, diode circuits, bipolar junction transistors, field effect transistors, small-signal and power amplifiers, ideal and non-ideal op amps, oscillators. Prerequisite: MATH 186 and ENGR 135 . Concurrent enrollment in ENGR 356 required.
