BIOL 370 - Field Ornithology

An introduction to bird identification and field research techniques. Lecture will cover avian diversity, behavior, and ecology. Field components of the course will train students in field methods, including identification, behavioral observations, and habitat measurements. Laboratory graded and credited with the course. Prerequisite: BIOL 121 /BIOL 122 and BIOL 123 /BIOL 124 with a minimum grade of “C”. Special travel fee and lab fee.
