BMSO 421 - Mission as Spiritual Formation Lecture Hours: 3 Lab Hours: 0 Credit Hours: 3 Christian spiritual formation is the process of being conformed to the image of Christ for the sake of others. To this end, this course will help students as the participate in the mission of God: (1) to develop a contextually-nuanced theological and practical approach to spiritual growth and soul care, and (2) to cultivate space for the Spirit to work through the practice of a variety of spiritual disciplines learned from other cultures and religious faith traditions. Prerequisite: BIBO 101 and BIBO 102 (or BIBO 103 ) and BIBO 211 ; sophomore standing. May be used to satisfy Bible University Requirements. Same as BMIS 421 .
