Second of two classes that will equip students with a certificate to teach English abroad, this course stresses an emphasis on implementing practical techniques in Communicative Language Teaching in all skill areas for non-native speakers in varied classroom settings. Students who are not seeking the certificate are not required to take both classes. The courses may be taken out of order. Prerequisite: ENGL 112.
