Students will learn more about themselves and gain skills and strategies to become more effective self-leaders. Topics include: calling, vocation, mindfulness, hope, talent based strengths, character strengths, emotional intelligence, positive emotions, thought processes, and more. Students will develop a self-leadership development plan based on the strategies they have identified throughout the course.
