ENTR 325 - Raising Capital

Students will examine the full range of financing options for new ventures from bootstrapping to venture capital. Students will also learn the process and terms involved in negotiating a term sheet when raising capital. Prerequisite: ENTR 305 and ENTR 315; with a grade of “C” or better.
