Introduces students to the concepts of self-renewal and Vocational Formation. Students will explore how these concepts relate to one’s sense of vocational identity. They will learn to recognize, understand, and attend to one’s own emotional health, vocation, and the well-being of others and how to preserve one’s authentic self through challenging situations.
