BUSA 554 - Accounting and Finance for Managers Lecture Hours: 3 Lab Hours: 0 Credit Hours: 3 This course focuses on the analysis and use of accounting and financial data by managers. Topics include budgeting, cost analysis, assessing value and risk, and financing short-term and long-term operations. Students will become competent consumers of financial information to support managerial decision-making. Prerequisite: Admission to MBA program and successful completion of an undergraduate or leveling accounting course.
