The College of Learning and Development is committed to fostering academic excellence, personal growth, and professional development in a Christ-centered and supportive learning environment. Educators develop as servant leaders to transform the lives of students and to create a positive impact in their local and global educational communities. Through the integration of faith, development of deep content and pedagogical knowledge, and enhancement of effective leadership skills, the College prepares educators to become reflective practitioners who are attentive and responsive to their vocation and the world around them. Additionally, students are provided with cutting-edge instructional strategies, critical dispositions and wellness practices that will enable them to respond to His invitation to participate in the healing of the world to meet the individual needs of diverse learners in their local school districts and communities.
