This course will directly address how to mentor, coach, and consult with students and colleagues and how to provide facilitative coaching that builds on existing skills, knowledge, and beliefs of students and colleagues. Course content will encourage new ways of thinking through reflection, analysis, observation, and experimentation. Students will develop skills and tools to create deliberate, collaborative, and flexible instructional coaching experiences for students and colleagues in a school community.
