MATH 123 - Elementary Statistics

Terms Offered: Fall, Spring
Collection, presentation, analysis and interpretation of data, and probability. Analysis includes descriptive statistics, confidence intervals, hypothesis testing, correlation and regression. Prerequisite: Meet one of the following - MATH SAT score of 510; MATH ACT score of 19; mathematics placement testing into MATH 123; or previously earned credit for MATH 109 , MATH 120 , or MATH 130 . Same as MATW 123 , MATO 123 , and MAWO 123 .
