Electro- and magneto-statics theory, Maxwell’s equations, electromagnetic field theory, dielectrics, displacement current, current density, Poynting vector, scalar potentials, vector potentials and design applications. Prerequisite: PHYS 222 and MATH 286 . Same as PHYS 360 .
