Provides working knowledge of the clinical domain of dietetics practice. This includes the nutrition care process for all ages and medical nutrition therapy for various disease states as well as coding and billing for nutrition services. Preparation for the registration exam for dietitians and professional development will be emphasized. Prerequisite: Must be admitted to the MS in Nutrition or MS in Nutrition/Dietetic Internship program and completion of Didactic Program in Dietetics requirements. NUTR 651, NUTR 652, and NUTR 653.
