Provides working knowledge of the domain of dietetic practice. This includes the nutrition care process for all ages and medical nutrition therapy for various disease states. Special emphasis on hot topics in dietetics. Prerequisite: Must be admitted to the MS in Nutrition or MS in Nutrition/Dietetic Internship program. NUTR 651 and NUTR 652 . Course fee.
