MMFT ONL: Master of Marriage and Family Therapy (Online)
The degree plan for the online Marriage and Family Therapy program consists of 48 credit hours in the Foundational Curriculum and 12 credit hours in the student’s choice of specialization track: general MFT, Medical Family Therapy Treatment of Trauma, Child and Adolescent Therapy, or Therapy with Military Families. Upon completion of the first 12 credit hours, students will be evaluated to determine whether or not they may proceed into the clinical training portion of the program. Students must earn a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA in the first 15 credit hours; receive a minimum grade of B in MFTO 601 - Pre-Internship ; and pass a Clinical Readiness Assessment completed by program faculty. No more than 12 semester hours may be transferred into the program with the approval of the Program Director.
Pre-requisite Degree Requirements
This program requires a baccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited institution.
